Power problems can be caused by several issues: a faulty charger, defects in materials or workmanship, incorrectly calibrated software in the laptop, defective sockets, software or operating system compatibility, charging circuit or laptop problems. These problems can be easy or difficult to solve, depending on the problem.
Because there are many causes of power problems, simply replacing the battery with a new one may not solve the problem. We will ask for more details so that we can correctly determine the solution to the power problem, please cooperate with customer service to provide more battery details before returning the item.

You will need to send your name, order number, product name or product ID and the reason for the return or the problem you are having.
Step 2: Make sure the product is not scratched or damaged, and protect the battery pack with a suitable shipping container. If the product is so damaged that we resell it, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Step 3: When you ship your package to us, we recommend that you send us the shipping number. If the goods are lost in transit, we will not compensate for the goods.
Step 4: After the seller receives the returned product, confirm whether the product is normal, and the seller confirms the refund.
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product and we will provide a return address and cover shipping costs.
Our battery is factory tested before shipment to meet or exceed the original specifications for which it was designed. Therefore, we are confident to provide 2 year warranty for our KingSener brand batteries and a 1 year warranty for OEM batteries.

After the buyer confirms receipt of the product, he can apply for warranty service. Our warranty coverage is: the product cannot be charged normally, the battery life is short after the product is charged, the product cannot be fully charged and other product defects. A gradual decrease in the charge capacity of a rechargeable battery is normal and is not considered a defect.
Our batteries have a 1% failure rate. If the battery does fail, it usually happens immediately. Buyers can learn more about how to initiate a return on our Returns Policy page.
Battery failures are more likely to be caused by insufficient charger power, faulty battery management software, or a faulty charging circuit on the motherboard. If this happens, our technical support can help you diagnose the problem.
Shipping costs associated with warranty replacements are not included and will need to be paid when a warranty claim is made.
When confirming receipt within one year (OEM)/two years (KingSener), if the battery does not work properly, Batterymall.com will provide 3 warranty methods for your reference.
The first method: Our technicians provide remote repair to solve battery problems.
The second way: The damaged battery will be sent back by buyer (buyer pays the shipping cost), we will resend the new battery and bear the cost of the battery, and the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
The third method: Our technicians cannot solve the problem, the seller refunds part of the order amount to the buyer, and the buyer can find a repair shop for repair.
The warranty covers the cost of the battery, but does not cover the cost of sending the defective product back to us or sending a new product to you, for which you will be responsible.
