Our battery is factory tested before shipment to meet or exceed the original specifications for which it was designed. Therefore, we are confident to provide 2 year warranty for our KingSener brand batteries and a 1 year warranty for OEM batteries.
To initiate a warranty claim email us at sales@batterymall.com or contact WeChat/WhatsApp: (+86) 198 6775 1872. We will need your order number, order date, product name or product ID and the issue you are having. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on warranty items.
After the buyer receives the product, if there is a problem, you can apply for warranty service. Our warranty coverage is: the product cannot be charged normally, the battery life is short after the product is charged, the product cannot be fully charged and other product defects. A gradual decrease in the charge capacity of a rechargeable battery is normal and is not considered a defect.
Our batteries have a 1% failure rate. If the battery does fail, it usually happens immediately. Buyers can learn more about how to initiate a return on our Returns Policy page.
Battery failures are more likely to be caused by insufficient charger power, faulty battery management software, or a faulty charging circuit on the motherboard. If this happens, our technical support can help you diagnose the problem.
Shipping costs associated with warranty replacements are not included and will need to be paid when a warranty claim is made.
When confirming receipt within one year (OEM)/two years (KingSener), if the battery does not work properly, Batterymall.com will provide 3 warranty methods for your reference.
The first method: Our technicians provide remote repair to solve battery problems.
The second way: The damaged battery will be sent back by buyer (buyer pays the shipping cost), we will resend the new battery and bear the cost of the battery, and the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
The third method: Our technicians cannot solve the problem, the seller refunds part of the order amount to the buyer, and the buyer can find a repair shop for repair.
The warranty covers the cost of the battery, but does not cover the cost of sending the defective product back to us or sending a new product to you, for which you will be responsible.

-Batteries damaged from abuse, overcharging, improper installation, freezing or improper conditioning
